We are so excited to bring this popular distance to Harrisburg with the addition of the Central PA 10K to the YMCA Race Series. The scenic and hilly course will take you through the HACC Campus and beyond with a variety of terrains and elevations. At the finish line, you’ll enjoy a classic PA Dairymen’s Association milkshake! Not ready to take on the full 10K? Want to spend a fun day with the family? The Milkshake Mile takes a short, flat course through the beautiful HACC campus, and ends with a milkshake party for everyone!

RACE DAY REGISTRATION
Race day registration begins at 7:00am on Saturday, June 15th at HACC (near the starting line). All race participants are encouraged to be at HACC no later than 8:30am, due to the high volume of walk-ups and packet pickups. Remember, the race starts promptly at 9:00am.
Race shirts and milkshakes are not guaranteed for participants who register during packet pickup times.
Please note that the Milkshake Mile is a fun run/walk and is not an officially chip timed event (just like the fun run/walk heat for the Harrisburg Mile).
All registrants in the Milkshake Mile will still receive a shirt, milkshake, and all the same swag that the 10k registrants receive.
There will be a timing clock at the finish line of the Milkshake Mile so registrations can see their time unofficially.
If you are unable to participate in the 2019 Central PA 10K you may defer your entry to the 2020 event. The fee to defer is $20. THE LAST DAY TO DEFER YOUR REGISTRATION IS MONDAY JUNE 10, 2019. Click here for information about how to defer your entry.
